Chemical Importers

Dear Registrant Letter

DEA is writing a letter to registrants informing them of the restriction on Chemical Importer registrations. DEA is advising registrants that they are prohibited from ordering chemicals from manufacturers and delivering them directly to their customers. The delivery of the chemicals must be at the registered location of the registrant. Violation of this rule is subject to denial, or revocation of the registration.
