Section 1303.01 Scope of Part 1303.
Procedures governing the establishment of production and manufacturing quotas on basic classes
of controlled substances listed in schedules I and II pursuant to section 306 of the Act (21 U.S.C.
826) are governed generally by that section and specifically by the sections of this part.
