Section 1302.01 Scope of Part 1302.
Requirements governing the labeling and packaging of controlled substances pursuant to sections
1305 and 1008(d) of the Act (21 U.S.C. 825 and 958(d)) are set forth generally by those sections
and specifically by the sections of this part.
